The bulbs were set too low, but with a simple adjustment, sawing off about an inch of the post that holds the lampshade, they were no longer visible below the shade when sitting in the room. The colors are beautiful. Made me laugh because they included a piece of the glass to prove it was actually glass not plastic, because the way it feels people might have made the mistake of thinking it wasn't glass. Nice little lamp. I might even buy another one for the bedroom if I can get the same price

It arrived on time and was very well packaged, being encased in Styrofoam. Putting it together was simply screwing the shade to the lamp base. It included two "test" halogen bulbs which were not to be used permanently. Assembly instructions were somewhat nonsensical as translation from Chinese to English left a lot to be desired, however this should not detract anyone from purchasing this item. We purchased two LED bulbs of the correct wattage and the lamp looks beautiful lit in our dining room window. Very happy with purchase.

It looks similar to the lamp at the Dragonfly Inn from Gilmore Girls, exactly what I was looking for as a huge fan. It’s really pretty in person and a lot heavier than I thought it would be. It obviously won’t light up an entire room but it’s great moody lighting and will even cast some pretty blue/green colors on the wall. Definitely worth the price. The only problem is I’m not sure I assembled it correctly, directions were unclear, but it’s held up for the past few months so who cares lol.
